Happy Friday! I am so happy that it is Friday because that means a “light” day at work and then 2 free days this weekend to do whatever I want. Plus Mike comes home for the weekend!!!! Only one more week to go of his working out of town junk.

So this week, An Island Life is asking if you’d rather be the smartest or the richest person?
I’d rather be the richest person so I could enjoy more out of life. In my down time I would read and travel to learn new things so I could also be smart but not the smartest. Too much pressure and responsibility goes with being a genius.

Now, for my question Have you been able to stick to your New Years Resolution or did you fall off the bandwagon already?

For me I fell off thanks to busy season when we were ordering in 2 meals a day plus Starbucks snacks, plus eating breakfast at my desk. That is ok though because busy season is over and I’m eating better already and going to the gym.

What is the longest time you’ve gone with your Internet not working in your home? 1 month.  Thanks AT&T.  Luckily I had a blackberry so I could tether a connection during that time.

How many email addresses do you regularly use? 5 – 1 work, 2 personal, 2 blog related ones.  I have a few others that I use but I don’t check them regularly.

Are you able to access the Internet on your phone? If so, how frequently do you use it? I think I can on my normal cell phone but I never have as that would cost extra.  I can and do access it on my work provided blackberry.  I tend to tweet on the road and check scores on the weekend.  I’ve tried blogging but that was just so-so.

I am ready to start this week off with my Manic Monday Meme post.  I was looking forward to this week flying by as it is suppose to be Mike’s last week working in Beaumont but we just learned this morning that he’ll be going back next week to.  So that bursted my bubble just a tad.  Oh well.  We will deal and move on.  On to some fun for the day.

Would you be willing to have horrible nightmares every night for a year if you would be rewarded with extraordinary wealth? Absolutely not!  I’m a chicken and the thought of recurring nightmares just is not appealing.

What was the most recent movie that made you cry? PS I Love You.  I made it to the last 30 minutes before I gave in.

Would you rather be stranded on an island alone or with someone you hate? Alone.  They both seem about the same to me though.

Happy Friday! I have been looking forward to this weekend all week long! I had scheduled to take today off from work but like usual, that was cancelled. So I’m here for a half day. I hope it goes by quickly.

Mike and I just received the Emeril Cast Iron Griddle/Grill pan as a wedding gift.  I am hoping to find some cheap meat at the store so we can test it out.

I am ready to start this week off with my Manic Monday Meme post. I can’t believe it is Monday already but the day is going by pretty quickly. Noon already so no complaints by me.

Are you usually late, early or right on time? I am normally a late person.  I would love to be early but it normally doesn’t happen.  I need to try my friend’s trick of setting the clocks 10 minutes early so I am “tricked” to get places early/on time.

What would be harder for you, to tell someone you love them or to tell them that you do not love them back? Definitely harder to tell someone that I don’t love them back.

Which would you rather have: a high salary or job satisfaction? Job satisfaction.  All the money in the world doesn’t make up for a crappy job.
