- Merry Christmas!
Mike and I made the drive from Houston to Baton Rouge yesterday afternoon. I am really happy to be home. Everyone is in a great mood, we were able to decorate the tree last night, and today and tomorrow we’ll be baking in the kitchen all day long. We’ll be starting with the no bake cookies, moving on to pecan pie, and then finishing up with nut roll. I am hoping to take photos of each of these to document the process and to share with yall when I have a minute to get back on the computer. If I don’t write to you before tomorrow, have a Merry Christmas and I’ll be checking back in Monday for sure!
