Another Monday is here and I’m not ready for it! I had an extremely lazy weekend – didn’t even make it to the gym and didn’t cook a single meal. I did however finish reading my last book of the week bringing my total completed up to 3! I started 1 new book last night but so far it is ok not great. Hope it picks up soon. I have about 5 book reviews I need to get to work on. I’m hoping to get some done tonight but as I’m making Polish Royal Mazurek (Mazurek Krolewski) and I’ve never made it before I might not get to blogging till tomorrow. Wish me luck on the Royal Mazurek, it is beautiful but looks a tad hard to do.
