Happy Friday! I have been looking forward to this weekend all week long! I had scheduled to take today off from work but like usual, that was cancelled. So I’m here for a half day. I hope it goes by quickly.

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

My question: Are you grilling on Monday? If so what are you grilling?
Mike and I just received the Emeril Cast Iron Griddle/Grill pan as a wedding gift. I am hoping to find some cheap meat at the store so we can test it out.

We might be going to a friend’s for hamburgers & hotdogs. The steak sounds yummy though. Might have to add that to the next shopping trip.

I was thinking about using my rotisserie on my grill. Maybe a bison roast, or lamb roast. not sure. we usually are out of town on Labor day. So to be here on Monday sounds good.

I love our grill pan.

I’m not sure if we’ll be grilling, but my favorite is a nice cut of meat like a London broil or flank steak. Mmm.

T-bone steaks, wild salmon and vegetables! We have out-of-town guests staying all week-end so it should be quite a food-fest! Yay!
