My mom and brother went to visit my dad in England this past week and I have smuggled the family dog into my apartment. No I haven’t paid the pet deposit nor have I asked special permission to have him here with me. I just decided last weekend that he’d be better off hanging out with Mike and I here in Houston rather than with his weekend sitters when they come visit me since the family will be gone for 2 weeks. That is a fairly long time with no familiar people to take care of you.
It has been fun so far. I thought the first night that Mike might kill him though becuase he started howling when we put him to sleep. He wanted to sleep in our bathroom not the guest bathroom. He’s also constantly needing to go out but it has been nice to get outside and walk around the apartment complex. We went to the park today and that wore all of us out. I had thoughts of doing it again next weekend but I’m not so sure. I might be going to Petco instead since it is inside and air conditioned! Pictures of our trip today to follow.
