Looking for answers to your cosmetic surgery questions?

Author: The Blonde Diaries  /  Category: General

Like many other young women, I have contemplated cosmetic surgery.  The type varies depending on how much I weigh.  Sometimes I really want liposuction on my thighs and other times it is just a breast reduction and then a lift.  Plastic surgery can be scary though if you don’t go to the right professionals.  Even celebrities can have bad results from plastic surgery – just look at Tara Reid’s abs.  Just last week Usher had to leave and rush down to Brazil to be with his wife who went to a doctor there for her surgery due to some complications.

The end results are usually worth the trouble of researching, finding a good doctor, and then undergoing the surgery but you have to do your homework first.  I plan on waiting until after I have kids to have plastic surgery so that pregnancy doesn’t reverse anything that I have done.  In the meantime I am putting some money aside for the procedure and reading as much as possible online to receive Cosmetic Surgery Advice which will allow me to choose the best procedures and find the best doctors even if it means traveling out of Houston to ensure my safety and a good job. One specific site that has been helpful is Mya which allows you to search their website by asking questions and in turn you become better informed. I have been pleased with the information so far. One word of caution, as this is a medical professional’s website there is some photos of cosmetic surgery so be aware of any little ones nearby or any coworkers that might pop in.

Although I don’t think I’d ever actually go through with it (mostly because of the money issue. If I were loaded, it’d be a different story), if I did have plastic surgery I would get my furrowed brow filled in (although I don’t think that’s actually considered surgery) and I’d get my freckles laser-removed. But, I am TRYING to be happy with the way God created me. It doesn’t work most of the time, but I try. :0)

    Hi,

I’ve been researching liposuction lately. It is very important to find a good doctor. I have read so many horror stories.

I think I am going to get Vaser Lipo. I’ve read great things about the recovery. Anyone know a good doc?

    Thanks,
    Wendy

There are a lot of cosmetic surgery procedures possible. In fact, most body abnormalities can be treated to some extent thanks to the advances done in medicine and technology. In most cases you will notice that reconstructive cosmetic surgery is performed in order to improve functions or to gain a better looking appearance. Some people actually need such procedures in order to look better or feel better as some health problems can get better with cosmetic surgeries. There is a common misunderstanding going on and people do not really know what to believe about such procedures.
