I’ve solved my sleeping issues with the Wii Fit!
Author: The Blonde Diaries / Category: diet, fun, healthI have the worst time sleeping. I am never able to fall asleep quickly and normally I toss and turn all night long. I am not really into taking medicines so I have never tried a prescription or over the counter drug to treat my sleeping issues. Well, I noticed in the past week that I have been sleeping better and I wasn’t sure what the difference was until I was chatting with Mike on the drive home from Baton Rouge. It dawned on me that in the past week, Mike and I have exercised on the Wii Fit for 30 minutes each night right before bed. So the increase in exercise has increased the quality of my sleep. I am waking up feeling much better and my body is starting to limber up and tone up thanks to this awesome game. I haven’t seen too large of a weight loss but it’s only been a week. I can feel a difference so I know it will work. I just need to keep up the 30 minutes routine and add in some actual gym time on the treadmill so I can lose naturally with diet and exercise not with diet pills and be healthier in general.

I love my Wii Fit. I’ve been trying to do 30 minutes most days on mine. I can’t get it in daily unfortunately. I’ll have a blog post about this week’s WiiFit activities and progress Thursday.

I love my wii fit as well!! I got it about a week after it was released and to this date have lost and kept off 2 stone!
