Establishing good habits normally begins at a young age. One such habit to try and establish as soon as possible is getting enough sleep each night. It is amazing how much of a difference getting an extra hour or two of sleep each night can do for you. One important part in the establishing of a new habit, such as getting a good night’s sleep, is to make sure you have the right tools so to speak. For example, to entice you to go to bed earlier, you will want a comfortable bed with a nice head board, foot board, and comfortable sheets and blankets. I always could feel the difference when I would go back and forth from home to college as my bed at home was much more comfortable and inviting versus my bed back at school.

So if you are unhappy with your current bed, take a good look and see what is uninviting to you. Is it the mattress? Is it the head and foot boards?
