Do you often feel older or younger than you really are? I know this past weekend I suddenly reverted back to a 10 year old giddy girl at the New Kids on the Block concert. Other times though I feel like an old woman thanks to the mental challenges at work. I began wondering if I was normal and if I was acting my age or no. So I went over and took the RealAge Test.
I found the results of the test to be really interesting. After answering all of the questions about my health, eating habits, exercise habits, and family history I thought I was going to come out ranked in the 30s but my Real Age is 22! I was totally shocked because I am actually 27 which is a five year difference. The test is really cool because it gives you recommendations on how to “stay young” such as I need to increase my cardio activity, add in flexibility training into my workout routines, and eat more veggies. The test also recommended that I learn my cholesterol and blood pressure levels so I could monitor them properly since I do not know them.
