Since we are on the topic of heart health and disease prevention now would be a great time to share another healthy tip. This tip I found the other day in one of my Self magazines that I am about to donate to my gym. I thought it was very interesting because one might think that exercise would actually tire you out which it does in the short term but over long periods of time it actually helps build up your endurance and increase your energy. How awesome is that! So next time you are feeling a tad tired, why don’t you try adding a little time on the exercise bike or cardio equipment of your choice.

Breaking a sweat an help fend off fatique.

When persistently tired, sedentary folks biked for 30 mins 3 times per week for 6 weeks, their energy increased by 65%. Why? Because cardio gives the central nervous system a jolt, naturally invigorating you!
