I am so over my allergies. They are not fun at all and tend to keep me from smelling awesome fragrances on most days. I just don’t know what to do at this point. I am on Zyrtec and try to keep my apartment as clean as can be but sometimes I just wonder if there is something more. Little dust particles can get trapped under your sheets and form dust mites which in turn will start causing you to have worse allergy symptoms.
