College Job Fairs
I received my LSU recruiting calendar the other day at work via email. It listed all of the recruiting events we would be holding at LSU and the dates/times. One of the things I noticed on the list was the fall job fair. I use to hate going to the fair for its purpose - to find a job - but use to love grabbing all of the promotional products companies use to bring and give away. Things like nifty pens, highlighters, frisbees, bag clips. You know all those things that were fun but you’d never spend money on them. Of course they were slapped with the company’s name on them but it didn’t matter. I actually ran across my Andersen frisbee the other day. I need to go look in the boxes back home and see if I have any Enron things left. It might be worth something now. lol
