It has been a few days since I have posted a good health tip. Here is one that I found to be helpful both now and in the future. I have always heard that Vitamin C was good for me and that I can find enough of the vitamin each day by drinking a glass of orange juice but I wasn’t always quite sure why I should drink it. Well now I know at least one health benefit (besides helping cure colds): arthritis prevention! So grab some vitamin C each day and keep arthritis away.
Research has shown that the more vitamin C you consume, the less likely you are to develop bone and tissue problems which may lead to arthritis.
You can find Vitamin C in these foods which should help do the trick: Citrus, broccoli, and tomatoes
