Traveling to Paris?
Recently, I posted about the unique experience you can receive by staying in places off the beaten path when you go on vacation. One of my coworkers recently returned from three weeks in France and has been sharing his experience with all of us on the team. One thing he was talking to us about that he really enjoyed was the Paris Bed and breakfast that he and his wife stayed in while visiting Paris. He really enjoyed the intimate feel of staying at the bed and breakfast versus the hotels they stayed at further south in France. Staying at a bed and breakfast Paris allowed them to feel more a part of the Paris lifestyle as they were able to mingle with local Parisians and see their way of life. They were even able to try an authentic Parisian breakfast at their bed and breakfast that they would not have been able to at the Hotel Paris. It really sounds like they had a great time and I am still enjoying hearing all about his three weeks over there even though I am insanely jealous. I think if I ever get to Paris I will be going the bed and breakfast route over the traditional hotel reservation route. It just seems like it will be more fun this way.
