Online shopping has just been made easier!
I love online shopping. It saves me time and money when I can shop from home and buy exactly what I need instead of browsing at the mall and impulse buying things I see but don’t necessarily need or like. I’ve begun starting to get ready for my vacation in September. I’ve been taking stock of items I have, need, and things that would be nice to have but aren’t necessary for vacation. Yesterday, my mission was to find some shorts which I accomplished relatively pain free.
Today, my goal was to find an extra batter for Mike’s digital camera. I headed over to Tiger Direct and they had the exact one I needed so I was able to check another thing off the list! The checkout process was so easy over at TigerDirect. They use a service called eBillme which allowed me to check out without entering my personal financial information on the TigerDirect website and then I just had to log into my bank account and send a payment to eBillme once they sent my “bill” to me. I have never used bank transfers before but I think I will be doing it more often. I am so worried about identity theft especially since it seems to be on the rise with the failing economy that this is a great way to protect myself and continue online shopping. Ebillme only receives my payment and the invoice it matches with - no other personal information so everything is safe and secure. You can’t ask for much more than that!
