So after reading that last Healthy Tip I posted about weight gain due to fast food establishments, how can you prevent it? Well the obvious choice is to not eat out. But I realize that many people do not work 9-5 jobs and cannot avoid fast food. Sometimes you just don’t have a choice in the matter. So if you can’t watch what you eat and you can’t avidly workout what can you turn to? You can turn towards diet pills. There are many in the market so which ones are the best?     Nobody ever has to eat fast food, and it’s horrible for you. Bring your own lunch to work or just stop eating so much. Diet pills are horrible for people and people would stop gaining weight if they just stopped eating so much. Have some self control!

    I think that everyone’s situation is different and while yes, maybe fast food is avoidable, it’s not really realistic if you live the lifes that some of us do. And weight gain is for lots of reasons other than “eating so much” so there are times when other alternatives are needed.
