Chick Lit: Interview with Cecelia Ahern

A few weeks ago Janet over at The Book Nook, told me about this new series she was starting in her blog. Janet’s blog is all about books - books she’s read, books she’s bought and will read, books she wants to read - you get the idea. It is just a fabulous resource if you are a book lover. I am not a huge YouTube fan. Quite frankly I never thought of YouTube for anything other than homemade videos that I would have no interest in. Well, Janet actually told me about author interviews on YouTube and how she was integrating them into her blog. I thought it was a great idea and since she doesn’t cover Chick Lit I didn’t feel too bad about using her idea for my series either.

What I found today was a lovely interview with Cecelia Ahern talking about the writing process she went through with P.S. I Love You as well as what habits have transferred over to her later books since P.S. I Love You was the first book she ever wrote. Cecelia also discusses her thoughts on seeing this book as a movie earlier this year and the emotion she felt. I really enjoyed this interview and wanted to share with my readers. If you have read P.S. I Love You and haven’t picked up the other books she has written I highly recommend them. Each one has been great.
