One thing I have learned when meeting with Wedding Vendors and going to bridal shows is that it helps to have all of your wedding information preprinted so that you can easily drop in a prize drawing or give to the vendor so they can easily keep in touch with you and know all of your wedding information instead of trying to look it up. I found preprinted labels to have worked well at the bridal show last weekend but I know they will not go over too well when I start making appointments to talk to specific vendors so I have been searching for a different method to handle my information.
