One thing I have learned when meeting with Wedding Vendors and going to bridal shows is that it helps to have all of your wedding information preprinted so that you can easily drop in a prize drawing or give to the vendor so they can easily keep in touch with you and know all of your wedding information instead of trying to look it up. I found preprinted labels to have worked well at the bridal show last weekend but I know they will not go over too well when I start making appointments to talk to specific vendors so I have been searching for a different method to handle my information. I actually thought of a fabulous idea today while looking for save the date cards: design Business cards online with all of my information to hand out! That way it would be easy to carry and easy to drop off anytime I needed the information at my finger tips. I went over to Vista Print since I love their selection and service and found that they can print any number of business cards you need on a variety of designs. You can also create a card from scratch if you want and use a logo you have saved on your computer. The site is really easy to use and I just love the idea of designing a business card from scratch to use for my wedding information. If you are not a creative bride they have premade templates for wedding vendors that you could tailor up to include the information you want to show. I think I will go that route as they are really nice and elegant looking. The best part is Vista Print always has excellent coupon codes to help keep the price of their items down – not like they are expensive to begin with – this time is no different.
