		<description>I personally would split it into 3 sessions instead of 1 1-hour long session.  What you want to do is try to build your endurance up as well as your strength so doing your weight training 3 times a week will help cover both of these goals and allow you to start adding on with more sets and more time quicker than just lifting once a week starting out.</description>
