Exercise induced stress?

Sounds odd right? Exercise is suppose to de-stress you but sometimes it can actually stress you out. I know I tense up when I start to run. I worry so much about how I land on my feet and how I’m holding my body that I typically create stress rather than relieve it. I accredit this to my new goal to try to incorporate running into my weekly fitness routine. Tonight I determined that for the rest of the month of July I’d like to run 3 miles a week and I hope to build upon this each month by adding an extra half or full mile as I go. I have never been a runner so this will be a real challenge.

One product I am considering to help with my tensing/additional stress is AbsoluteCalm. AbsoluteCalm aids you in relieving stress and staying loose/relaxed versus tensed up by taking the pill before your exercise. This way you are able to stay focused on the movements without worrying about your form and over analyzing it. It actually sounds like a really good product to try and it only runs about $40 per bottle of 60 pills which comes out to less than $1 a pill. Not a bad price at all. If exercise is not your stress causer don’t worry as AbsoluteCalm works for a variety of symptoms (work induced stress, family induced stress, money induced stress, etc) so definitely check it out today.
