Chick Lit: Upcoming Books!

Posted under Chick Lit by The Blonde Diaries on July 13th, 2008 12:43 am
This entry is part 6 of 15 in the series Chick Lit Reviews

I thought I would give an update on which books are on the horizon for discussion here. I have 2 lists going: i) Books to write the reviews on and ii) Books to read so I can write. So far I am still on track to read books in about a week to a week and a half. It mainly just depends on how much time I spend on the exercise bike at the gym each week. If I can get going and get to the gym at a reasonable time then I can read for a good 30 minutes to an hour before having to pack it up and move on to my weight training or running. Not such a bad deal.

So what is in queue for reviewing soon:

  1. Everyone Worth Knowing by Lauren Weisberger.
  2. Confessions of a Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella
  3. Cocktails for Three by Madeline Wickham
  4. Love, Rosie by Cecelia Ahern

Currently on the to-read list:

  1. Chasing Harry Winston by Lauren Weisberger
  2. There’s No Place Like Here by Cecelia Ahern
  3. If You Could See Me Now by Cecelia Ahern
  4. Remember Me? by Sophie Kinsella

Wow that is quite the list on both ends.  I guess I better get to work on these books.  After I finish reading these I need to read the Fodor’s European Cruises 1st addition so I’ll make sure to leave you my comments on that book as well though under the Travel category not chick lit!

  1. I really liked Remember Me? I checked it out from the library and then decided I wanted it in my collection so I bought it.

  2. Good to know. I have it on my Book of the Month Club for either next month or the following.

  3. Hello! We thought you and your readers might like to receive a free full-length novel, Jumble Pie, a heartwarming story about two women, a friendship, and a pie. The author has two published novels (Penguin/NAL) and is providing this as a thank-you to readers!
