Silly excuses for simple solutions

“But my dog ate my homework.”

We have all heard that excuse before. I never had the pleasure of using it as I had cats instead of dogs growing up and cats have more sophisticated taste buds than dogs. But when you think about it, it would have taken far less time trying to weasel out of using that excuse had you done your homework like you were suppose to.

Lasik eye surgery has been no different. I hear many people talk about how they do not want to get lasik, rather, they would prefer to stick with glasses or contacts their entire life. Lots of the time their excuses include: cannot trust my doctor, do not know long term/lasting effects, and the fact that your eye has to be open during surgery. I can relate to the last excuse. If I had glasses I do not know if I could do it either. You see I have such an issue with eyes that it totally creeps me out. My fiancee Mike on the other hand cannot wait until he can get his Lasik surgery done. He is tired of contacts and glasses and would like a permanent fix. He has been researching the procedure for quite a while now. For now Mike is just searching for information from any lasik center and has found some really good information from LaserVue which performs Lasik in Walnut Creek. Once he is serious I’m sure he’ll start checking for Lasik in Houston. If you are in the San Francisco/Walnut Creek area and are considering lasik, Mike highly recommends checking out the LaserVue website and reading their procedures and testimonials as they have really eased his concerns and mine.
