Another day of crazy weather
I can’t get over how fast the weather changes here in Houston. This morning it was bright, sunny, and of course hot as heck. Now just a mere 6 hours later we have large, dark clouds rolling in and the threat of rain impending. This entire week has been the same. Bright & cheery then dark and stormy in the afternoons and then bright and sunny again in the late afternoon when we are all heading home. It is just quite crazy. Then last week we had a massive hail storm. Yes hail in Texas in June! Just hearing about the golf-sized hail that came down made me super happy that I have covered garage parking at all times (at work and at the apartment) and no metal roofing anywhere near me. While I like the look of metal roofing, I don’t know if I can handle the pounding of hail on there. It would probably drive me up the wall!
