Just make sure to get everything in writing and don't be afraid to push back if they try to change things on you midway through the planning process. Oh and everyone really enjoyed having the animals running around in the exhibits. We were told there wouldn't be any out but there were a ton of fish and then little mammels running around in the exhibits. They were very lively at night so it worked out well.
