I better get a move on it!
I just realized my soon-to-be godson is going to be 8 months old by the time I get to meet him. Eeek! The last time I got to go visit Mike’s family in San Antonio was back in September or October of last year for his sister’s baby shower. That was quite some time ago. At the time she was just getting the nursery set up with the crib bedding, rocking chair, and changing table and had just finished painting the room. I can’t wait to see how it all turned out. I’m sure it is gorgeous. I really need to get Mike studying so he can finish up the final 2 parts of his CPA exam so we can make more regular trips over to see the baby before he turns 18! Same thing with visiting my family. There just never seems to be enough time to go home and visit everyone on a regular basis.
