Whether you are looking for your first job or your tenth job, trying to find the best ways to search can often be frustrating. Using the classified ads of your local newspaper has become a thing of the past and trying to use Monster or other similar sites can be too cryptic or just not have the jobs that appeal to you or fit your skill set.

So where do you turn to now? Well there are headhunters that are paid by perspective employers to place people in jobs. You could also try websites with job postings for just your career. Let’s say you were looking for a sales manager jobs. The best place to start is googling those key words and you will find multiple job posting sites in the sales or managing field. The few sites I checked out included perspective employer name and location which really helps if you are trying to target or skip a particular company to work for.

Give this technique a try next time you are searching for a new job.
