Weight Watchers End of Week 11

Another week on Weight Watchers has come and gone. I actually can’t really remember what I did last week. This being on vacation thing has really mellowed me out to the point of not remember what I did from day to day. I do remember going and watching the Spurs win Thursday night, having lunch at California Pizza Kitchen Friday, and then eating a large amount of sushi at Ra but none of that is remotely healthy.

This week has been going well so far. I have made it to the gym 3 times (Sat, Sun, and Mon!!) and started to lift weights again. Boy are my arms sore this morning but it is a good sore so I’ll ignore it. I plan on running today to sweat out my Chicken-Chili Nachos and one too many beers from watching the Spurs win again last night. Basketball season needs to end soon so I can lay off the preceeding list of bad items I indulge in. That or I really need to check into some weight loss pills so that I don’t feel as guilty. Luckily I am down a pound this week so maybe my body needed extra calories to get back into losing weight. I often read that comment on my weight watchers boards so I can kind of believe that one.

While I am on vacation this week I’m trying out a few new recipes and some oldies. So far I’ve done really simple chicken italian sausage with spaghetti noodles and sauce, and will be cooking up some chicken biscuit cups tonight. Later this week will be Cheeseburger soup, beef and biscuits, and lastly BBQ Shrimp New Orleans Style. I will post all recipes and pictures as I make them so check back often!
