- Diet Coke Cake: A review
The diet gods have finally heard my prayers. I am a huge fan of caeser salads and junk salads topped with creamy ranch dressing. Neither one of those dressings are anywhere close to being healthy nor can you limit yourself to just a little bit - it’s just not fun! Much to my surprise Wishbone introduced their salad spritzers last summer and out of the 4 flavors offered Caesar was one along with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Asian Silk, and Classic Italian.
I have continued to wonder if they would expand their offerings. I would think that dieters on any program would flock to these dressings as they taste incredibly good - not like fat free or diet dressings. Much to my happiness, I was wandering around Target 2 weeks ago and just happened to walk around the small food section (I have a regular Target not a Super Target nearby) and lo and behold there it was: Spray Ranch Dressing by Wishbone. I was super excited as I had not even heard this was a possibility through the rumor mill and Hungrygirl usually knows what is coming and when.
My official review: Very tasty and easy to use. It is a tad odd spraying white colored liquid on my salad but it tastes just like ranch dressing so I cannot complain. I believe the official point conversion is 1 serving size which is 10 sprays for 1/2 point in weight watchers. The nutritionals are 10 sprays for 15 calories, 1 gm fat, and 0 gm fiber. If you are a fan of Ranch Dressing I highly recommend you check your local grocery store for the Ranch Salad Spritzer.

I never knew anything like that existed! That’s pretty neat!
