Weekend started earlier than expected!
Its one of those Fridays. You know the ones where you don’t feel extremely motivated to do much at work and all you do is watch the clock countdown till you can go home. Well today was definitely one of those Fridays. I made sure to save a mundane task for today so that I would be able to complete it but not really have to pay attention while doing it. Not the greatest thing but something that helps me get through the day till I can go home and celebrate the weekend. As fate would have it, I got a head start on the weekend and got to leave a few hours early today. I love walking out of the building and seeing the greenery and sunlight. It just lifts up my spirits and gets me in the mood to tackle my to-do list.
But fate threw another twist into my weekend as I got a pretty good look at my car on my way home. Poor Little Vixen has a pretty good layer of dirt all over her thanks to the new construction going on and some love bug carcases on her hood. All in all she is looking charcoal not black and her chrome accessories are looking a tad dull. I guess I will probably be adding Bubbles Car Wash to my to-do/cleaning list for the weekend and get her spiffed up again.
